Cold Meat has finally released Memorandum's cd Ars Moriendi CMI.24. It is containing the older vinyl releses Aux Morts (LP), and Ichor (12") as well as some new stuff.
Ildfrost's Autumn departure has also been released and is availible. Ildfrost is a brand new discover from Norway. The first non-Swedish group on Cold Meat, still yet Scandinavian. Ildfrost consists of a male and a female. " With the female voice and the beautiful melodies we are persuaded into the dark and dreamy atmoshperes that makes the music of Ildfrost both dark, frightening but also challenging and interesting."
Deutsch Nepal has a cassette out on a label called Old Europa Cafe, it contains older material from the years '91 - '92. I'll get back with more info on this one any day soon.
Yet another tape release, this time from Raison d'être, also on Old Europa Cafe. It's called Conspectus and is a collection of remaining and previous material by the band, created between 1991 and 1994. No material appear in original format as they all, more or less, are reworked to obtain a better quality of the sound.
I also heard rumours of a coming act on CMI, to be called Sanctum. This is only rumours however, but the sound of the band is supposedly heavy but with a female voice, chanting or playing with the vioce in the same manner i guess as Dead Can Dance or something. A friend of mine has seen them live and reported they were very good indeed... promising, no? :)

I also added some more samples to the Sounds page today, have a listen and get enthraled.

This message is mainly intended for r.m.i. readers in Sweden, but I thought it might be interesting for CMI fans worldwide to see that the bands on this label are not merely excellent studio projects. They do actually come out to meet their audience, thought it is not often.
