In trying to minimize both yours and our workload, the most common questions we get will find themselves answered here. The page is not static, it will grow as new issues arise, so come back here regularly rather than asking - if the answer is in here, you won't have to wait for us to reply. If it's not in here, you might want to try searching the mailinglist archive (below). Here goes:

I am looking for this obscure album, where can I find it?
There are a few items in the Cold Meat backcatalogue that are deleted and no longer in stock. Take a look in the catalogue where it will say which ones are deleted. To find these items you have to be lucky. Look around shops and mail order companies, because sometimes they appear. The limited edition releases, vinyls etc, go fairly quickly so place your orders when they are released.

I live in this place and I can't seem to find those Cold Meat Industry CDs anywhere, what should I do?
Cold Meat Industry's music isn't exactly mainstream, availibility is a problem for all of us, even living in Sweden. Most of us get them through our favourite mail order company. Here's a few suggestions: Firstly, try ordering them through our online mailorder catalogue. There are links to a few mail order companies in the related section. If you're looking for the rarest items, try visiting a second-hand records dealer, or try asking on the mailinglist.

I sent you an order for these items a little while ago, what happened, did you receive the order?
Orders shouldn't take more than three weeks to reach you, but in some cases we may be busy with tours or releases and it might take a bit longer, so be patient. If you wish to inquire, however, send mail to order@coldmeat.se and make sure you include all the information you have - name, address, your order and your payment.

This will be a collection of the known erros and misprints made on sleeves, in tracklists and in pressing the CDs. Sometimes they are hard to spot and lead to questions, the answers are in here. At least, they will be. Keep an eye on the updates page while waiting.
